I'm Gerrad, a Professional Realtor® based In Stratford Ontario. I have had a passion for real estate for as long as I can remember. My overall goal in life is to make people smile which is why I enjoyed a career in professional theatre over the past 25 years. Being on stage I always knew I was perhaps making a difference in someone's life or bringing a smile to someone's face, and this is what attracted me to theatre and being a performer. I feel that real estate can be a similar experience. It should be exciting and stress free and that is what I hope to give all my clients----the same thing I was able to give to audiences.
WHY REAL ESTATE NOW?
After living on the road for the past 25 years I started to really miss having my feet planted and rooted. Having grown up on my family farm in Wawanesa, Manitoba, my roots and family are everything! After our son was born 5 years ago, my wife and I continued to travel and perform but I felt the pull to plant my feet and my roots. So an interest I have always had came to the forefront!
A FARM YOU SAY?!?!
Yes, I grew up on a grain and cattle farm in Manitoba which I still tend to and co-own. I look forward to being able to work with my agricultural real estate clients and helping them with all their farm needs.
